To best serve all clients I require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. I do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give me a minimum of at least 24-hour notice. This allows time to fill the appointment for other guest. A 50$ cancellation fee per hour of service scheduled will be applied for any cancellations with in 24 hours of your appointment. No shows are subject to pay full amount of services scheduled. Multiple cancellations will require prepayment.
